Fig. 12-12 correction
Cost Figure 12-12 for pipe insulation and painting has OK left hand Y axis $/m. The right hand $/ft axix is incorrect by an order of magnitude = multiply the right hand scale by 10 so the 0.1 should be 1 and 1 should be 10.
